Carol is a qualified registered legal executive and specialises in estate planning, trust structuring, wills and estates.
Carol advises clients on all aspects of trust formation, structuring and administration including succession planning, wills, personal property ownership, estate administration and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She also assists with the administration of a significant number of trusts and estates.
Carol has worked in conveyancing, banking and finance and litigation and, for the last 29 years, has worked in the Private Client team at Chapman Tripp.
