Leading our Clients & Markets team, Deborah is responsible for developing and implementing marketing, communication and strategic business development and account leadership initiatives across the firm.
Using a mix of established best practice strategies alongside innovative and creative methods, Deborah and her team continually work to enhance our relationships with clients, drive the firm’s growth aspirations and maintain our strong market position.
Deborah has a keen interest in leveraging technology and streamlining existing processes to deliver effective, high quality, focused results for the firm’s clients.
With a background in professional services, particularly within the legal sector, Deborah has held executive-level roles for over 15 years. Before joining Chapman Tripp she was the European Head of Business Development at Ocorian and also Ogier in the Channel Islands. Prior to that Deborah was the National Head of Marketing and Business Development at Laytons LLP in London for over 10 years.
