Helen specialises in commercial property law, advising on a range of commercial property matters from acquisitions and due diligence to leases and licences.
Helen previously worked in a general practice environment with a focus on property and asset protection for both local and international clients, where she advised on a range of matters from trust set up, estate planning to relationship property agreements.
Helen has also done extensive work in relation to the due diligence and conveyancing of residential property including off-plan developments.
