Jasmin is an experienced litigator, specialising in construction, natural resources and contractual disputes.
She has particular experience working on large and complex commercial disputes, both in the courts and in arbitrations.

- Representing a mining entity in an international arbitration concerning the triggering of change of control provisions in a sale and purchase agreement.

- Advising Foodstuffs on the Commerce Commission’s market study into the retail grocery sector.
