Kayla specialises in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular interest and expertise in public law.
Kayla has appeared in the Supreme Court, High Court, and Māori Land Court, and has assisted clients with alternative dispute resolution processes. She frequently advises clients on contractual and tort issues, regulatory issues, and public and administrative law.
Prior to joining Chapman Tripp, Kayla was a judges’ clerk at the Auckland High Court, giving her a valuable insight into a wide range of civil matters.
