Natalie specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate restructuring and corporate governance.
She advises domestic and offshore investors on a variety of corporate transactions and has considerable experience in the technology space.
Recent highlights
- Acted on numerous acquisitions by a leading provider of software and services to a select group of public and private sector markets of NZ based IT companies.
- Acted as lead solicitor and liaison on numerous due diligence reports for international clients to facilitate overseas investment in New Zealand and for national clients, such as for the complex sale of assets of a large New Zealand entity.
- Advising on a range of matters related to the Overseas Investment Act and investment into New Zealand.
