Specialising in commercial property matters, Nikki works on a diverse range of property transactions with a focus on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
Nikki represents clients across a range of industries, including property developers, banks, high net worth individuals and investment funds.
Before joining Chapman Tripp, Nikki worked for a number of years in London for a major UK retailer as well as in private practice for a leading London firm. She also previously worked for a South Island law firm. She aims to utilise her previous experience to provide clients with practical, commercial advice in an approachable manner.
