Vaccination policy

November 2021

At Chapman Tripp we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and partners and for our clients, suppliers and others who visit us.

The firm strongly supports vaccination and believes having a completely vaccinated workforce will reduce infection and reduce the likelihood of serious outcomes for those infected.

From 1 December 2021, Chapman Tripp will require all our staff and partners and any visitors to our offices, including attendance at any Chapman Tripp meetings and events held on or off-site, to be fully vaccinated.

Our policy follows the Government’s current advice, and considers that a person is fully vaccinated two weeks after they have received their second vaccination. We will continue to review our approach on vaccination (including vaccination passports) as more information becomes available from the Government.

We ask for your support and to respect our policy by communicating your vaccination status with your contact at Chapman Tripp ahead of any in-person meeting and/or event. If you have not had both doses of the vaccine we ask that you only meet with us either by video call, phone, email or by meeting off-site. We may ask you for proof of your vaccination status on entry to our premises.

Thank you for your support of our vaccination policy.
