Lynn leads and manages the national litigation support team and brings with her over 40 years’ experience working in the legal industry both in New Zealand and overseas.
Lynn has worked on many high profile and large-scale cases, investigations and deals. This includes a multi class action claim which involved combined trial days of over 40 weeks, some during COVID lockdown and coordinating more than 30 witnesses giving evidence via video link. She has also supported a large legal team in Singapore on an international arbitration which lasted close to two months.
Lynn was heavily involved in the creation of the New Zealand High Court discovery rules that were introduced in 2012. She brings with her the knowledge and background for eDiscovery and will apply these tools to meet your obligations.
Lynn continues to search for tools that bring efficiencies to the processes required by the New Zealand courts and delights in troubleshooting potential hurdles in all aspects of data management and/or trial set up.
