Leading our Senior Leadership Team, Sophia is responsible for the firm’s finance, technology, infrastructure, People & Culture, Clients & Markets, and office management functions.
Sophia works with our Chief Executive Partner and practice area leaders in developing and implementing the firm’s national strategy and she drives efficiencies through innovative solutions.
With over 30 years’ experience, Sophia has driven many significant projects and initiatives across a number of areas including technology and systems, business continuity and infrastructure projects. She has also has a strong focus on strategy development and implementation.
Prior to joining Chapman Tripp in 2018, Sophia was Chief Operating Officer at Deloitte for 18 years and prior to that, with Courier Post as its Commercial Manager.
