With her team, she delivers operational excellence in all aspects of talent management and development, while embracing diversity and individuality, across our three offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
Tania provides high level leadership, strategic direction and oversight to optimise culture, people leadership and development practices and initiatives – making sure these all align with the firm’s strategic priorities.
An experienced human resources practitioner, Tania has over 16 years’ experience leading high performing teams in the professional and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Chapman Tripp, Tania was Head of People & Culture, Business Banking at ASB Bank.
