Our application process allows us to get to know you and you to get to know our firm and people.

When our application process is live, there will be a ‘submit application’ button at the bottom of this page, which will take you to our recruitment system.

Below is a guide on what we require.

We hold presentations at universities across New Zealand where our People & Culture team provide advice on what we look for in your CV. Get in touch with your student rep or careers advisors to find out which dates we’ll be at your university.

We don’t require a formal certified copy of your transcript, a scanned print out or screenshot is just fine! Please upload this in the same document as your CV.

For all Summer and Winter Clerkship applications:

Question

Please respond to our application question (500 word limit) on a legal topic that has captured your curiosity, whether from the news, your reading, or a lecture. You may use AI to help structure your response and check your grammar, but we encourage you to write in your own voice and style.

“About Me” video

Describe a time when your curiosity and determination drove you to explore a new idea or tackle a challenging problem. You’re also welcome to share anything else you think would be valuable for us to know (approximately two minutes).

Applications are now closed.
