Thummim is a specialist tax lawyer with experience advising on complex corporate tax, GST, and transfer pricing matters.

Thummim assists clients with a broad range of New Zealand tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, cross-border transactions, and Inland Revenue engagement.

He regularly advises corporates, charities, and iwi groups on structuring, GST, and the tax implications of commercial arrangements. He also has strong experience in transfer pricing matters and managing Inland Revenue risk reviews and audits.

Before joining Chapman Tripp, Thummim worked in the corporate tax and transfer pricing team of a Big Four accounting firm, advising clients across a wide range of industries.
