Specialising in transactional banking and restructuring, Joshua has particular experience in corporate transactional banking.

Prior to joining Chapman Tripp, Joshua worked in London for global law firm White & Case LLP, (BNP Paribas on secondment from White & Case LLP) and as an executive director for global investment bank Nomura International PLC (following its acquisition of Lehman Brothers in Europe). His experience across both legal firms and the financial sector means that he can provide commercially focused cross-border advice to clients.
