Katie specialises in civil litigation and dispute resolution advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters
Katie has particular experience advising companies of all sizes in contract disputes, trade mark issues and tort claims. She has completed two secondments, one with a large New Zealand corporation and one in a bank’s disputes team. During her secondments, Katie provided in-house legal support on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

- Assisting in a high-profile High Court proceeding concerning breach of contract, breach of confidentiality and breach of directors duties.

Assisting Zuru in proceedings against the Lego Group concerning trade mark protection, passing off and breaches of the Fair Trading Act 1986.
