Samuel specialises in civil litigation and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in anti-trust matters, contract, company, and insolvency disputes.
He advises clients on a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes, represents insolvency practitioners and creditors in insolvency-related matters, and provides guidance on various aspects of competition law.
An experienced litigator, Samuel regularly appears as counsel in both the High Court and District Court, and has acted on appeals before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He has also appeared before the Chief Justice of Jamaica in the Jamaican Supreme Court (St Mary’s Circuit).
