Charlotte is a senior associate in the financial services regulatory team, focusing on regulation and compliance, fintech and climate change reporting.
Before joining Chapman Tripp, Charlotte held senior operational roles in an online investing platform, and a licensed insurer and managed fund provider. Charlotte has over a decade's experience in financial services with leading law firms, including as a legal adviser with the asset management and investment funds team of a top-tier Irish firm.
Given her operational experience, Charlotte understands the challenges faced by businesses in operationalising advice in busy and evolving markets and legal and regulatory landscapes. Charlotte has a focus on working closely with clients to provide pragmatic and accessible advice that helps them achieve the best result for their business and their customers.
