Gavin specialises in banking and finance law with a focus on funding programmes and bi-lateral and syndicated lending, including corporate and acquisition financing.

Gavin advises a variety of clients including government departments and agencies, major banks and multinational organisations in relation to bi-lateral and syndicated lending and borrowing. Also advises on a variety of finance law matters including legal due diligence, financial markets law, debt issuances and project financing.

• Acting as New Zealand counsel on financing transactions for several multinational organisations operating in various sectors including retail, cybersecurity, information technology, entertainment, industrial products, and design and construction.
• Advising lenders in relation to syndicated lending to a major Australasian agricultural group.
