Specialising in corporate and securities law, Khyati focuses on equity capital markets and corporate governance.
Khyati has experience acting on recent capital raisings for NZX and ASX listed companies and advises on employee share schemes, corporate governance, listed company compliance and other corporate and securities law matters.
Before joining Chapman Tripp, Khyati worked for some of New Zealand’s largest trust companies where she was a legal counsel and Privacy Officer. Having gained in-house legal experience, she is readily attuned to her business clients’ needs.
Khyati is also a published co-author of a legal jurisprudence book, Feminist Judgements of Aotearoa New Zealand.
