New Zealand Law Society Legal Executive Certificate (1997)
Christine is a qualified legal executive who works closely with electricity distribution company, Orion New Zealand, on the acquisition, disposal and registration of easement and other land rights for its regional electricity network.
Christine works with solicitors for developers and landowners where easements or kiosk titles are required.
Christine also assists our Property team with commercial subdivision and sell down work and general residential conveyancing and refinancing. As a Rangiora local, Christine is proud to have been responsible for the subdivision and sell down of sections in her own town and to see those developments flourish.
With 30 years’ experience, Christine is known across the firm for her strong technical abilities and knowledge of the New Zealand land transfer system.
