Janette specialises in large scale unit title development project work together with residential conveyancing for key clients.
Working closely with our Property team, Janette provides sensible and practical advice to sellers and purchasers of property and has extensive experience in the set-up, management, sell down and settlement of large scale developments.
She also undertakes general residential conveyancing, including reviewing contracts for buying off the plans, refinancing, due diligence reviews and advising buyers and sellers on agreements for sale and purchase.
Recent highlights
- Assisted Willis Bond on the settlement of a number of unit title projects in Wynyard Central, including new apartment buildings at 141 Pakenham Street, 132 Halsey Street, 70 Daldy Street and 155 Beaumont Street. Janette is currently managing the sell down of a new unit title development for Willis Bond in Catalina Bay.
- Worked with Todd Property on various projects including the settlement of the Bellus and Verto apartment buildings at Stonefields and the large scale Long Bay residential land development. Recently Janette has been assisting Todd Property with the sell down of a residential land development at Okura Bay.
