Sarah specialises in commercial litigation, with a particular interest in contractual disputes, insurance law and class action proceedings.
Sarah has studied and worked across multiple jurisdictions, including Canada, New Zealand and Australia. She most recently spent four years working in Australia focusing on large scale commercial litigation and class actions.
Recent highlights
- Acted for large telecommunication company in an application to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission seeking merger authorisation, and related appeal to the Australian Competition Tribunal.
- Acted for major auditing firm and ASX listed companies in defence of various shareholder class action proceedings in the Federal and State Courts of Australia.
- Acted for EQC on numerous High Court proceedings in relation to earthquake-damaged properties in Christchurch.
