Andy is a construction law expert, specialising in the development of major projects. He provides strategic advice across the energy, industrial, infrastructure, and residential sectors.
Andy represents sponsors, lenders, contractors, and consultants throughout all stages of project development. This spans from project structuring and strategy to contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution.
With five years of experience at Magic Circle and top-tier US law firms in London, where he acted on giga-scale green energy and petrochemical projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Andy brings deep international expertise to his practice.

Advising NEOM Company, Saudi Arabia’s city gigaproject development company, on a USD5bn green energy joint venture with ACWA Power and Air Products that will incorporate the region’s largest wind and solar renewables production projects (4GW in total), as well as a ground-breaking green hydrogen/green ammonia export project.

Advising the sponsor on all aspects of the financing, project development, licensing and commercial considerations relating to the development of a USD2bn petrochemicals facility in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
- Advising the funders (the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Korean export credit agencies) to the Consortium led by Samsung C&T Corporation and Salini-Impregilo on the financing, designing and construction of the Gaziantep Integrated Health Campus in Turkey.
