Julia specialises in corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, overseas investment and corporate governance.
She has experience advising domestic and international clients, including private equity investors and publicly listed companies, and has advised clients operating in a wide range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, healthcare, education and retail.
Prior to joining Chapman Tripp, Julia worked at another large New Zealand law firm and completed secondments to a large energy-sector client. She also previously worked for a “Big Four” professional services firm.
