Joshua specialises in corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and overseas investment.

With extensive experience in private capital, he regularly acts for leading private capital sponsors, corporates and founders on high-value acquisitions, divestments and growth investments.

Earlier in his career, Joshua spent several years at leading New York firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and he remains a member of the New York Bar.

Joshua is recognised as a Leading Lawyer by Chambers Asia Pacific and Chambers Global, and as a Leading Partner by Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
