Penny Kitto is a specialist corporate and commercial lawyer with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracting.
With experience working both in-house and in private practice, she is adept at navigating complex legal issues in a collaborative and solutions-focused manner.
Penny joined Chapman Tripp in early 2025 after working in-house for a leading retirement village and aged care operator. She was recognised as an Excellence Awardee for Young In-House Lawyer of the Year at the New Zealand Law Awards in 2023.
