Julia is a corporate lawyer specialising in energy-sector equity investments, joint ventures, acquisitions and project development.
She has more than a decade of experience in Germany with RWE Supply & Trading GmbH, a subsidiary of one of Europe’s largest energy companies. She advised on equity investments across the energy spectrum, from start-ups to operating assets, and supported projects throughout the full asset life cycle, as well as broader global growth initiatives.
Julia previously practised in London at Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman), including a secondment to BNP Paribas in Paris. She also has in-house experience with an upstream oil and gas exploration and production company in London and Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
