Matt specialises in corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisition, corporate governance and commercial contracting.
He advises clients across a wide range of industries on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint venture and supply arrangements and general commercial law featuring a number of bespoke commercial agreements. He has particular experience in the retirement village and aged care sectors, agribusiness in New Zealand and the private healthcare sector.
