Nick advises across a range of industries, with particular expertise in the retirement village and aged care sectors, and agribusiness in New Zealand and Australia. He also advises on joint ventures, supply and distribution contracts and other commercial arrangements.

Nick has acted for a range of clients on business and share sale and purchase transactions, joint ventures, supply and distribution arrangements, both in New Zealand and overseas, and other commercial arrangements.

Chapman Tripp is pleased to announce that it has assisted Arvida Group Limited (Arvida) on the conditional sale of all outstanding shares to Stonepeak Alps BidCo Limited, an affiliate of  leading US based alternative investment firm Stonepeak which specialises in infrastructure and real estate assets. The market capitalisation implied by the transaction is $1.243m, and with debt assumed (and with core debt to be refinanced) derives a deal enterprise value of ~$2b.
