Angela specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
She advises a range of international and domestic sponsors and portfolio companies on acquisitions, exits, minority investments, carve-outs and other strategic transactions.
Prior to returning to Chapman Tripp in 2024, Angela worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in its London M&A team.
Angela works with financial sponsors, private equity, multinational corporations, infrastructure asset managers, global banks, insurers and corporates.
