  •  Advised Direct Capital on its investments in Mondiale Freight Services and Visa Logistics, and the sale of Hiway Group.
  •  Advised Waterman Capital on its investments in New Zealand Clinical Research and Crockers.
  • Advised Pencarrow Private Equity on the sale of the Bell Tea and Coffee Company and Icebreaker.
  • Advised the Accident Compensation Corporation on several investments, including its investments in the Transmission Gully project and Nelson Hops.
  • Advised the Queensland Investment Corporation in relation to its acquisition of the Evolution Healthcare Group and the divestment of its stake in Powerco.
  • Advised New Zealand Growth Capital Partners on investments in various venture capital funds, over 150 investments in early stage companies and many exits those portfolio companies, and issues with fund managers, co-investment partners and investee companies.
