Findlay specialises in corporate and commercial law, and is a key member of our Māori legal group, Te Waka Ture.
Finn advises clients on a range of matters with a focus on structuring, corporate governance, establishing investment funds, and commercial contracts. He also provides assistance to clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
Finn is from Ngāi Te Rangi and is a te reo Māori speaker.

- Advised EBOS Group on its placement underwritten by UBS and its retail offer to raise up to A$250m (NZ$272m).
- Advised H&G Limited on its successful takeover and compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares in Rural Equities Limited for $26.5m.
- Assisted in the acquisition of Akaroa Salmon by a joint venture involving Ngāti Porou, Te Kāhui o Ōnuku, and Archipelago.
- Advised Tātau Tātau o Te Wairoa Trust on its post settlement governance structure.
