Bill specialises in corporate and securities law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate governance.
He has experience advising a broad range of clients across multiple sectors on transactions including acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, capital raisings, corporate governance matters and general corporate advisory work.
Prior to joining Chapman Tripp, Bill worked at a specialist corporate and commercial firm in Auckland, where he gained valuable experience across both corporate and property matters.
