Hamish specialises in corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and equity fundraising. His clients include both domestic and international financial sponsors and public and private companies.
Hamish re-joined Chapman Tripp in 2025 after a period working in London for Travers Smith.
