Olivia specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance.
Olivia advises clients across a range of industries on corporate transactions, governance matters and commercial arrangements, drawing on experience in both private practice and in-house roles.
Before returning to New Zealand in 2026, Olivia spent two years in London as Corporate Legal Counsel at Spire Healthcare Group, a FTSE 250-listed company and one of the United Kingdom’s leading private hospital operators, advising on strategic mergers and acquisitions supporting the group’s growth and developing particular expertise in the healthcare sector.
Earlier in her career, Olivia advised on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including private equity acquisitions, competitive sale processes, equity capital raisings and listed debt issuances, as well as advising New Zealand Exchange (NZX)-listed issuers on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
