Sarah specialises in corporate and commercial law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring projects, and corporate governance.

She advises a broad range of clients across various industries on corporate and commercial matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, legal due diligence, overseas investments, incorporated societies, and general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Chapman Tripp, Sarah gained experience both in-house and in private practice, including international experience in London, before returning to New Zealand in 2021.
