Autumn McNeill is a member of our Christchurch Corporate & Commercial team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and corporate governance.
She advises a broad range of public and private sector clients across various industries on corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, securities law, and contracting arrangements.
Before joining Chapman Tripp, Autumn was part of the corporate advisory team at another large New Zealand law firm in Auckland, where she specialised in domestic and international cor
porate transactions across multiple sectors. She also gained international experience working in the corporate team of a national law firm in Edinburgh before returning to New Zealand in 2020.
Autumn is from Tapuika.
