Stephanie specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and privacy and data protection.
Stephanie advises clients across a range of industries, including a number in the agribusiness sector, on business and share sale and purchase transactions, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, securities law, corporate governance, restructurings and general commercial matters. She also has extensive experience advising clients on compliance with New Zealand’s privacy and data protection laws.
