We are especially proud of our progress in employee wellbeing. In the past year, Chapman Tripp launched a new, comprehensive programme with Optimally, offering wellbeing checks, health coaching, psychological therapy, and crisis support. The overwhelmingly positive response underscores the value of investing in our people's wellbeing and reinforces our commitment to a healthy, supportive workplace.
