We’re pleased to announce that Charlotte Montgomerie has been appointed to the FinTechNZ Executive Council.
FinTechNZ is a purpose-led industry body that supports the growth of New Zealand’s fintech sector by connecting industry participants, promoting innovation, and engaging with government, regulators and the wider business community. It plays an important role in helping shape the future of financial services in Aotearoa, advocating for a thriving, inclusive and globally connected fintech ecosystem.
Charlotte is a Senior Associate in Chapman Tripp’s Financial Services Regulatory team. She specialises in financial services regulation, fintech and payments, advising clients on a wide range of regulatory and commercial matters. Charlotte has particular expertise in emerging technologies, digital assets, financial product innovation and navigating complex regulatory frameworks. She works with established financial institutions, high-growth businesses and new market entrants, helping them respond to legal change and bring innovative products and services to market.
