Chapman Tripp is pleased to announce the promotion of three senior solicitors in its Wellington office, effective 1 September 2019.
The promotions are in property and construction, litigation and competition and regulatory. They reflect the firm’s focus to deliver best-in-class services for its clients and cater for their growing requirements in these sectors.
Rosa McPhee – Property and construction
Rosa specialises in property, infrastructure and construction law. She has a particular interest in commercial construction and leasing, and regularly provides clients with advice in relation to construction contracts, procurement processes, infrastructure tenure and property portfolio management.
Jasmin Moran – Litigation
Jasmin advises on a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a focus on the energy, insurance and fishing industries. She has appeared in the High Court and District Court and has significant experience representing clients in mediations and settlement conferences.
Millie Singh – Competition and regulatory
Millie is a specialist in competition and regulatory law. She advises clients across a wide range of industries on merger control, enforcement, and Commerce Act regulation. Millie also has experience in both litigation and international trade matters, with a particular focus on the Pacific region.
