Chapman Tripp is the only law firm to be recognised as a finalist in the 2020 New Zealand Association of Graduate Employers (NZAGE) Industry Awards, celebrating excellence throughout graduate and youth recruitment.
Chapman Tripp is a finalist for the Best Innovation category, acknowledging the firm’s position in the market by providing a dynamic approach and personalised recruitment experience that is a true representation of the firm’s people and values.
Graduate Recruitment Partner, Gerard Souness says, “bringing our firm to life through sharing our people’s stories and pathways across various digital different channels allowed us to reach candidates through mediums that they actively engage in and respond to. Providing a seamless campaign and candidate experience was a collaborative effort across the firm, led by our People & Culture and Clients & Markets teams”.
Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist, Rose Ritchie, is a finalist for Best Graduate Professional – a category voted by graduate and internship participants in the 2020 NZAGE Graduate and Internship Survey, which provides comprehensive insights into the attraction, recruitment and selection strategies of New Zealand graduate employers.
“Rose was instrumental to equipping our graduates with the information and confidence to wholly participate in what can be an overwhelming process. Rose’s personal and empathetic approach was often recognised by the graduates as key to their positive experience and ensured we saw the best of those that participated”, said Souness.
The firm was voted the best New Zealand law firm to work for in a survey conducted by GradNewZealand.
Chapman Tripp was a finalist at the NZAGE Industry Awards for Best Candidate Experience in 2019 and won Best Print Campaign and Best Graduate Website in 2017.
